Open the downloaded file
Launch the application after downloading. Your browser may ask you to confirm or allow the app to run.
Provide your support code
The app will display a 9-digit code. Give this code to your Pozitive technician so they can securely connect.
When your session is complete
Close the support application once your session has finished. Your computer cannot be accessed again unless you reopen the app and provide a new code.
